Это стандартное выражение, переводится ближе всего как насквозь или неисправимо плохой.

Я потом вспомнил, что и на русском есть такое выражение (...) до мозга костей. И у нас, если не ошибаюсь, фраза применяется не только в негативном смысле.

Интересно, это кто-то у кого-то взял, или мы все были когда-то одной семьей? :))

Придётся признать, что перевод с русского на армянский намного более вероятный чисто по числу пользователей, чем наоборот. :)

Необязательно - и в старых книгах есть это выражение, значит, или библейское, или с незапамятных времен, когда армяне, русские и англичане были ближе друг другу. :)
