tamsyamAs a preview of today's first "State of the Union" address to Congress, "Washington Post" published an article tracking new president's major election promises.
Most on the list is marked as a "work in progress" as it supposed to be for only one-year administration, but there are some major accomplishments and there are few points, considered to be a failure already.
